What price on your health?

What is your health worth?

Really have you ever attempted to value it?

Like most of us I have not but when I really give it some thought it is priceless.

Imagine being unable to do all the things we take for granted each day..breathe, eat, talk..all of that is reliant on a healthy functioning body...

So why then are people so reluctant to take responsibility for their own health? Why do they give up their own power & expect others to fix it when it goes wrong?

It really puzzles me and reading Dr Hyman's article today rams it home....Queensland like America is expecting to spend 100% of its budget on the provision of health services sometime in the next decade (a quote from the current health minister)..so where does it leave funding education, emergency services, infrastructure etc........it troubles me greatly.........

What does anyone else think?

Yours in health
